Our shipping and delivery conditions
Shipping conditions
Delivery takes place within Germany and internationally.
The domestic delivery time is up to 4 working days. The delivery time abroad is up to 20 working days. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs for standard shipping (2-4 working days) at € 2.59 per order.
If the value of goods exceeds € 49.00, standard shipping is free .
We charge € 9.95 per order for express shipping (order and successful payment before 1 p.m., guaranteed delivery on the next working day by 6 p.m.).
Special products or orders according to customer requirements are excluded from express delivery (= guaranteed delivery on the next working day ). Nevertheless, it is possible to buy via express delivery and have them delivered, because orders that were purchased with the express delivery option are prioritized and sent with express delivery immediately after completion. So you get your package a bit faster than with the standard shipping option.
